Outside Interests

Indoors, Eleanor loves to be with her cat reading her most recent Amazon purchase or enjoying delicious Spanish food. Outdoors, Eleanor is a fledgling birdwatcher who enjoys travelling to exotic locations whilst dressed in her latest vintage purchase.


Eleanor is an Associate and a Jersey Ecrivain (Jersey Solicitor), dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial private client and funds matters. 

Relevant Experience

  • advising a UK property group on the refinancing of a £72,000,000 facility with Jersey limited partnerships and company obligors;
  • advising a Greek technology public company in relation to, the refinancing and the taking of Jersey security connected to a USD200,000,000 loan note offering;
  • advising on the migration and restructuring of a Jersey company;
  • advising a number of Jersey trust companies on a range of trust documents;
  • assisting with the court process for the reduction of share capital;
  • assisting with banking business transfers under Article 48D of the Banking Business (Jersey) Law 1991;
  • listings on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange of Special Purpose Vehicles
