Alison is a consultant banking lawyer assisting with a range of banking matters.
Alison trained at and became a senior associate at Allen & Overy LLP. She advised on a variety of multi-jurisdictional banking matters relating to property finance, syndicated lending and structured finance transactions. Alison was additionally a secondee to the legal teams of two large investment banks.

Alison loves spending time with her three daughters (in between their many activities) and her husband. Now that her children are at school she relishes the time that she has to spend reading, running, playing tennis or cooking.
