On 14th January 2016 the JFSC will be running a refresher session at 9:30am and again at 2pm in relation to ‘Suspicious Activity Reports’, to provide businesses with the opportunity to consider the protocol and ask questions.

The JFSC ‘Changing Commission’ report
On 23 November 2015 the JFSC published the first paper in a series titled ‘A Changing Commission’, setting out how the JFSC intends to change in the future. The proposed changes are summarised at paragraph 3 of the paper.
