The JFSC published supplemental frequently asked questions (FAQs) for Trust Company Service Providers (TCSPs) on beneficial ownership and control. The supplemental FAQs have been designed to assist TCSPs with the completion of form C17S and any subsequent forms addressing the issue of beneficial ownership.
