To further promote the work of our Local Business Team, we are offering Jersey trading businesses a company law compliance review of their company books for a fixed fee of £250. We will review the books, identify any deficiencies and failures to comply with the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and other relevant legislation and suggest steps to be taken to remedy the position.
We are aware that some trading businesses may have messy or incomplete company books; don't worry, we can help you and provide advice as to how to correct them. It's much better to deal with it now, than continue to breach the law or cause a big delay or problem on a sale.
