The draft Limited Liability (Jersey) Law 201- , if approved by the States of Jersey, is due to replace the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 1997 and aims to make Jersey limited liability partnerships more competitive so that they are used as a vehicle of choice for local and international businesses.
The associated draft Limited Liability Partnerships (Dissolution and Winding Up etc.) (Jersey) Regulations 201- would also replace the Limited Liability Partnerships (Insolvent Partnerships) (Jersey) Regulations in due course.
