On 1 June 2016 the JFSC entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Bank of England.
The MOU establishes a formal basis for co-operation, including the exchange of confidential information and investigative assistance, to effect timely and effective supervision and resolution, to identify risks to the financial system and to address emergency/crisis situations.
