Pinel Advocates was started on 12 July 2010, by founding Partners Andrew Pinel and Agnieszka Blaszczyk.

David Yetman was the first employee and is now a Senior Associate within the business.
Pinel Advocates has been at its current Jersey office, 32 Commercial Street, since its first day. However, on 14 July 2017, it will move to new offices at 7 Castle Street, a short distance away.
Pinel Advocates was the first Jersey law firm to have a Polish lawyer at Partner level and the first law firm member of Digital Jersey.
Pets have always been welcomed at Pinel Advocates and Piper and Bailey (Andrew Pinel's dogs), Hallie (David Yetman's dog) and Bea (Kate Hamilton's dog) are regular visitors to the office.
Pinel Advocates initially had black as its primary colour, with some orange. Lime green and pink were close alternatives.
The law firm has won many awards over the past seven years, as well as commendations from the likes of the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. It was recently named Corporate Law Firm of the Year by Finance Global.
