Alison Hart, Consultant
Pinel Advocates has appointed Alison Hart as a consultant banking lawyer to its team.
Alison trained at and became a senior associate at Allen & Overy LLP, London. She has advised on a variety of multi-jurisdictional banking matters relating to property finance, syndicated lending and structured finance transactions. Alison was additionally a secondee to the legal teams of two large investment banks.
