In practice, many of these companies have failed to file Annual Returns within the prescribed period, for a variety of reasons. Sometimes there is a breakdown in the relationship between shareholders, a problem with the administrator or a simple oversight.

In order to reinstate the company, an application to the Royal Court and the Companies Registrar is required. It is a fairly straightforward process and Pinel Advocates regularly advises on a fixed fee basis.

If your company has been struck off and you need assistance, please contact David Yetman to discuss the matter.
