Pinel Advocates has acted for Kodak Limited on the establishment of its new printing facility in Jersey. The team, led by David Yetman, advised Kodak on all of the Jersey legal aspects of the venture. The work carried out was wide-ranging and spanned corporate, competition, property and regulatory fields.
Kodak’s joint venture with The Guiton Group brings cutting edge inkjet technology to the Channel Islands which will be used to print around 35,000 newspapers each day which will be composed of both the majority of the National newspapers circulated in Jersey and Guernsey and Jersey’s local daily newspaper, the Jersey Evening Post.
